Sally Bain has extensive fashion industry experience in journalism (ie Editor of Drapers) and retail analysis (ie Senior Analyst at Mintel and Head of Research at Verdict). Her key specialisms are retail, brand marketing and communications, and she continues to undertake consultancy work in these areas as a member of The Chambers retail consultancy group.
Sally has taught at a variety of universities, and joined the Fashion Management programme full time in 2011.
She gained a Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning (distinction) from the University of the Arts London. In July 2012 she was presented with a UAL Teaching Award for Excellence.
