Eric Cabocel

Eric’s skills and professional interests focus on working with organisations to address the impact of the changes in customers’ (B2B & B2C) and employees’ behaviours associated with the development of Internet and Web 2.0. This often means re-thinking the overall strategy, the customer-facing activities, and introducing a new collaborative culture both externally and internally.

Eric set up his own consultancy practice Malesherbes Consulting in 2003 and, since 2005, has led the business development in France of Synthetron; a collaborative brainstorming solution. Eric holds a degree form ESCP Europe and an MBA from Insead.
