Robin’s specialism is the performance improvement and turnaround of businesses and people; he has worked in multiple retail and financial services sectors for over 25 years.
Career Highlights:
Robin’s executive career has been characterised by achieving market beating and record results, often in challenging situations. He has been a senior executive in several highly regarded organisations, both listed and private, including Boots, Barclays, WH Smith and TJ Hughes, and has held four MD/CEO positions.
He operates as a leader, mentor and coach. He believes in competent, highly motivated and focused teams who are passionate about customers, results, solving the right problem and excellent operational delivery.
Robin is a qualified Pharmacist with an MBA from Nottingham University, and a member of The Institute of Personnel and Development. He contributes to Executive Education at Nottingham University Business School, and is a founding partner of The Practitioners that focuses on organisational performance improvement.
