Jane has extensive experience in retail, telecoms and hospitality. Her strengths lie in her commercial approach and relationship building and her ability to offer creative but pragmatic solutions that ensure companies are set up to deliver the business strategy.
Career Highlights:
Jane has worked in retail for 30 years, primarily in retail operations and latterly in HR and Leadership and Management Development. After retail management experience from Store Manager to Regional Controller in Miss Selfridge and Richards, she changed career joining Next as a Regional HR Manager in London, then becoming Head of Retail HR.
She joined Monsoon / Accessorize in 1999 as Head of HR and was appointed the company’s first HR Director. Her focus in this period of extreme growth was managing the change in the organisational structures and culture, plus meeting resourcing and development needs both in the UK and internationally.
She launched Jane BonBernard Consulting Ltd in 2005 and works as a consultant, interim and executive coach with a variety of corporate and personal clients. Jane qualified as an Executive Coach in 2006, as a Myers Briggs practitioner in 2009, and is a Fellow of the CIPD.
