Eric’s skills and professional interests focus on working with organisations to address the impact of the changes in customers’ (B2B & B2C) and employees’ behaviours associated with the development of Internet and Web 2.0. This often means re-thinking the overall strategy, the customer-facing activities, and introducing a new collaborative culture both externally and internally.
Career Highlights:
Eric has been providing consulting services to pan-European clients for 26 years, working across a number of functional areas & industry sectors. He has extensive experience in evaluating and enhancing companies’ development strategy, identifying organisational and operational improvement opportunities, and developing associated action plans.
He was a partner at Deloitte’s consulting practice and also worked at Oliver Wyman/Mercer, the Mac Group, and Accenture. In the last 10 years he has focussed on Marketing Strategy and CRM/CEM areas and the Retailing/ FMCGs sectors, working with E. Leclerc, Metro Distribution France, Bourjois-Chanel Metro and Lactalis Food Group. He has also conducted business development and distribution strategy projects for several divisions of the French Post Office.
Eric set up his own consultancy practice Malesherbes Consulting in 2003 and, since 2005, has led the business development in France of Synthetron; a collaborative brainstorming solution.
Eric holds a degree form ESCP Europe and an MBA from Insead.
